You can buy tickets for shows at the Peacock Theatre in a number of ways such as in person direct from the theatre’s box office, online or by telephone. Tickets are available to purchase for the stalls and dress circle. Like most theatres in London, tickets for the middle of the stalls and front section of the dress circle tend to be the most expensive. All audience members must have their own seat and there is no discount for children.

All tickets to shows at the Peacock Theatre include a mandatory £1 restoration levy, which is clearly marked on each ticket and is included within the overall price. The restoration levy fee goes directly to the theatre for the express purposes of essential renovation work, upkeep and maintenance.

Purchasing Tickets by Phone
Booking tickets for shows at the Peacock Theatre can be done directly through the box office. Simply call 0844 412 4300 and you will be put through to one of their helpful staff who will process your booking and answer any questions you may have.

Purchasing Tickets in Person
If you would like to book your tickets in person, then pop along to the box office of the Peacock Theatre, which is located in the main theatre building on Portugal Street. Tickets for productions at the Peacock Theatre can also be purchased from the main Sadler’s Wells building on Rosebery Avenue.

The Peacock Theatre box office is open from 11am to 8pm (6pm on non-show days) and the Sadler’s Wells box office is open from 10am-8pm.

Purchasing Tickets Online
Booking tickets online can be confusing for some, as there are just so many online retailers offering tickets for shows at the Peacock Theatre. The way to wade through the options is to look for STAR accreditation on the ticketing website. STAR stands for Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers and is identifiable by the official STAR logo.

STAR-approved retailers must comply with a strict set of rules and regulations that ensure the customer is always protected when purchasing a ticket. For example, STAR ensures that the face value of tickets is always displayed and any viewing restrictions are clearly shown before purchase. STAR also acts as a regulatory body and will intervene on your behalf if you believe that your tickets did not comply with the STAR retailer regulations. Using STAR-affiliated sites means that you are always protected when buying your tickets.

Some online retailers offer customers the chance to print their own tickets at home rather than collecting from the box office or having them sent in the post. This option can cut down on waiting time and is environmentally friendly and cost-effective. You must always ensure that you have printed all tickets for your party.

Purchasing Group Tickets
If you are planning on booking eight or more tickets to a show at the Peacock Theatre, then you are eligible for group rates that are lower than the standard ticket price. Discount group tickets are perfect for larger group outings such as birthday parties and stag or ‘hen dos’, school trips, social groups and family gatherings.

Purchasing Access Tickets
If you are disabled, you and your career are eligible for a discounted ticket rate. Just call the Peacock Theatre’s access line on 0844 412 4322. The staff will also be able to answer any questions you may have concerning access and accessibility.
